The fifth in the series of US regional discographies, was a detailed study of artistes and groups from Minnesota and Wisconsin (including the twin cities of Minneapolis/St Paul and Milwaukee) with discographies, band personnel details, and in most cases some comment about the artistes and the music. Rock, pop, jazz rock, country rock, folk rock, punk, new wave, garage, psychedelia, heavy rock, new country, all are covered. 16 pages of black and white and colour illustrations.

This was the final publication in this series, which was discontinued at this point.
